The subject of this public contract is the construction of a new five-storey scientific research centre "LERCO" with an applied research focus, providing research and educational facilities for biomedical research, surgical disciplines, pathology, biochemistry, molecular biology, virology, and imaging methods. The project is located within the campus of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Ostrava at Syllabova 19, 703 00 Ostrava. The scope of works includes site preparation, construction and engineering structures, connections to existing technical infrastructure (utility network relocations and connections), and traffic signage. The project is financed through the Czech Ministry of the Environment via the State Environmental Fund under the Just Transition operational programme (project reg. no. CZ.10.03.01/00/22_003/0000003).
