Is BilaFundi free to join?

Yes. Creating a provider account and listing your services is completely free. Organisations can register for free as well. We offer optional paid plans for higher-volume procurement needs — see the Pricing page for details.

How long does provider verification take?

Most verifications are completed within one to two business days. We review your submitted documents and notify you by email once your verified badge is active.

I found a bug or error on the platform. How do I report it?

Please email info@bilafundi.com with a description of the issue and, if possible, a screenshot or recording. Security vulnerabilities should go to info@bilafundi.com instead.

Can BilaFundi help my government agency modernise procurement?

Yes — this is one of our core use cases. Government organisations can post open and restricted tenders, manage the full evaluation lifecycle, and maintain a legally defensible audit trail. Contact info@bilafundi.com to discuss your requirements.

I'm a provider based internationally. Can I join?

Absolutely. BilaFundi is a global platform. Providers from any country can register, create a profile, list services, and apply for tenders. You will be visible to clients worldwide.

How do I delete my account or request my data?

You can request account deletion or a data export at any time by emailing info@bilafundi.com. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
