The Burgenlandkreis is converting an existing property in the commercial area of Wethau (Naumburg/Saale) into a fire service technical centre and district training facility. As part of this project (Lot 21), grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) systems are to be installed on the pitched roof of a new cold storage hall and on the flat roof of the fire technical centre building, using penetration-free mounting structures. Additionally, facade-mounted PV modules are to be fitted to the south and west walls of the hose tower, which must hold a building authority approval.
