The existing sports hall at the Königsegg-Grundschule (primary school) in Immenstadt is being demolished and replaced with a new multi-purpose building comprising a single-field sports hall, school and after-school care administration, a two-storey after-school care area for approximately 250 children, and a canteen/kitchen for approximately 105 children. The new building is constructed using a combination of reinforced concrete (sports hall and ground floor) and timber-frame/timber-panel construction (upper floors), with a green roof and sheet metal cladding. This tender covers the sanitary fittings installation and heating works (Sanitär und Heizung) for the new build.
