This public procurement concerns the execution of construction works for the restoration and sustainable valorisation of the cultural heritage of Făgăraș Municipality, specifically the Făgăraș Fortress Architectural Ensemble (Castle, North Guard Corps, South Guard Corps, and Gate Entry Tower), a national historic monument listed at position 616 (BV-II-m-A-11687) located at Strada Mihai Viteazul nr. 40. The investment involves restoration, consolidation, rehabilitation, and enhancement interventions to preserve the built cultural heritage, improve the technical and functional condition of the structures, and increase the tourist and cultural attractiveness of the municipality. The estimated contract value is 26,271,653.78 RON excluding VAT, covering construction and installations (25,365,554.02 lei), equipment procurement, site organization, and environmental protection works.
