The Verbandsgemeinde Trier-Land is constructing a new central fire protection and training centre (BAZ) in Newel, Germany, to consolidate the supra-regional functions of the municipal fire brigade. As part of this new build, rubber flooring works are required, covering approximately 420 m² of preparatory works, 420 m² of rubber floor covering, approximately 350 m of skirting boards, and associated transition rails. The two-storey building features reinforced concrete construction, an aluminium curtain façade, and a green roof with a PV system.
