The tender covers drywall and partition works at Diakonie Klinikum Stuttgart, including: partition walls with gypsum board cladding (with/without fire protection, ~530 m²), facing shell partitions (~160 m²), steel-clad partitions (~240 m²), approximately 23 swing doors and 6 sliding doors, and various suspended ceiling systems (gypsum board ~80 m², mineral wool ~170 m², metal long-field panels ~35 m², metal cassette ceiling ~50 m³, heavy-load ceiling system ~30 m²). The scope also includes dismantling/removal works for existing walls, ceilings, and doors. Tender documents are released only after return of a signed confidentiality declaration.
