This tender covers the modernization of multiple provincial road (drogi wojewódzkie) sections in the Łódź region of Poland, divided into 6 parts, planned for execution in 2026. The works span numerous road segments across various localities, including DW 473, DW 479, DW 469, DW 704, DW 573, DW 716, DW 713, DW 742, DW 483, DW 485, DW 481, DW 482, and DW 450. Parts 2, 3, and 6 include optional sections that may be activated by written notice from the contracting authority by 31 July 2026. The contracting authority also reserves the right to award repeat works to the selected contractor within 3 years of the original contract, up to specified net values per part.
