Gemeente Kasterlee is seeking to redevelop the site around the former fire station in the centre of Tielen through a public-private partnership (PPS). The project aims to create an attractive public space with a meeting centre and local service centre on one hand, and a pleasant, green, and sustainable residential environment (private development) on the other. The scope covers both the public and private components of the masterplan for the Tielen site.
