The tender covers extended shell construction (Erweiterter Rohbau) works for the construction of a workshop and maintenance hall (Werk- und Instandsetzungshalle HIL) in Germany. The scope includes earthworks (~6,000 m³ excavation), foundation bedding (~2,200 m³), ~885 m² of masonry (of which ~380 m² exposed/fair-faced), a ground slab of ~1,800 m², and reinforced concrete walls, ceilings and roof (~1,200 m³) with approximately 525 tonnes of reinforcing steel. Drywall works are also included within the scope.
