The tender covers the supply, installation, and commissioning of 891 photovoltaic installations, 155 energy storage units coupled with RES generation units, and 479 heat pump installations coupled with existing PV systems, across three municipalities: Gmina Nowodwór, Gmina Ryki, and Gmina Kłoczew. The scope also includes the design (preparation of technical projects) for each of the installations on both residential and public utility buildings. The project aims to develop the Rycki County Energy Cluster by increasing autoconsumption and relieving the local energy grid, in compliance with the DNSH principle under EU Regulation 2020/852.
