Kenya National Highway Authority (KeNHA) is seeking consultancy services for the updating of the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and the Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) for the Lake Victoria Basin Development Project (LVBDP). The project covers the Homa Bay – Nyagwethe-Sori-Muhuru Bay Road, approximately 350 km in length. This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) procurement, with bids to be submitted as physical/hard copies at Barabara Plaza.
