LondonEnergy Ltd (LEL) requires a suitably qualified consultant to undertake a feasibility study and strategic options appraisal regarding its transport yard facilities at the Hawley Road site, whose lease expires in February 2030. The study will assess whether the existing site can be retained or identify a suitable replacement that meets current and future operational requirements. A preferred option must be decided by June 2027 to allow progression into design, procurement, environmental assessment, planning, permitting, and construction ahead of the lease expiry. The commission is intended to support timely decision-making and protect the overall programme.
