5.2 Standards for Listings All Listings, including text, images, videos, and external media links, must comply with the following rules:

Be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
Be directly related to construction, building, skilled trades, engineering, or infrastructure services.
Be free from illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or offensive content.

Images and Videos Any images or videos uploaded must:

Clearly relate to construction, infrastructure, tools, equipment, worksites, projects, or professional services offered.
Be owned by the user or uploaded with proper authorization from the rightful owner.
Uploading unauthorized, stolen, copyrighted, or misleading images or videos is strictly prohibited.
Stock images or promotional media must accurately represent the actual service being offered.

Video Links (Third-Party Platforms) Video links shared on BilaFundi (e.g. YouTube, Vimeo, or similar platforms) must:

Comply with the original platform’s Terms of Use, copyright rules, and content policies.
Not infringe on intellectual property or third-party rights.
Be relevant to construction or infrastructure services and not contain prohibited or unrelated material.

Prohibited Media Content Users may not upload or link to media that:

Is unrelated to construction or infrastructure services
Contains false claims, impersonation, or misrepresentation
Violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws
Includes explicit, violent, hateful, or discriminatory content

BilaFundi reserves the right to remove, disable, or restrict any Listing or media content that violates these rules, without prior notice

6. Use of the Services

7. Service Fees & Payments
