Field Agents
Location: Various regions (Field-based)
Role Overview As a Field Agent, you will be the face of BilaFundi on the ground. You will help onboard fundis and service providers, educate them about the platform, and support local adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and onboard fundis and service providers
- Explain BilaFundi services and benefits clearly
- Verify basic service information and profiles
- Build relationships within local communities
- Report field feedback to the central team
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in the field
- Basic smartphone literacy
- Previous sales or field experience is an added advantage
Graphic Designer (Internship)
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Role Overview This internship is ideal for a creative designer looking to build a strong portfolio while working on real digital products and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives and marketing materials
- Support branding and visual consistency
- Assist with basic UI/UX assets for web and mobile
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Figma, Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
- Strong eye for design and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback
- Portfolio or sample work is an advantage
