Is This for You?
You don't need to be in the construction industry. You just need to know people who are building.
Property Agents & Brokers
You already talk to buyers and developers daily. Every client planning a build or fit-out is a referral opportunity.
Community Leaders & Influencers
WhatsApp group admins, church leaders, and neighbourhood voices: your recommendation carries weight. Turn that into income.
Construction Professionals
Architects, QSs, and project managers often know who is planning a project before anyone else. Refer them and earn alongside your core income.
Anyone with a Network
No special skills required. If you know people in North Macedonia who are building, renovating, or running procurement, you qualify.
Who Can You Refer?

Tips for Maximising Your Referral Earnings
Target active projects
People actively planning a build convert fastest. Ask in WhatsApp groups, church communities, and neighbourhood chats, not random strangers.
Personalise your message
A generic link performs poorly. Say specifically: "I found verified contractors there, you can get quotes without the back-and-forth." Context converts.
Follow up once
If your referral has not signed up within 3 days, send one reminder. A single follow-up roughly doubles conversion rates, but don't over-message.
